Itinerary
Day 1 - May 22nd, Saturday: Depart Hometown
Depart from home town on flight to Tel Aviv Israel.
Day 2 – May 23rd, Sunday: Tel Aviv, Israel
On arrival at the Ben Gurion Airport, you will be met by our guide and transferred to our hotel. To give
everyone a chance to arrive, no activities are planned today, however our guide is available to advise on available
activities. We will meet for an optional dinner at 7:00pm. Overnight in Tel Aviv
Day 3 – May 24th, Monday: Tel Aviv - Jaffa
Our glimpse of Tel Aviv begins as we drive to Jaffa, an ancient port city believed to be one of the oldest in
the world. Walk through the alleyways and paths of the Old City while viewing historic buildings of archeological
significance. Time for browsing the flea market before exploring modern Tel Aviv. The Palmach Museum, a modern
multi-media presentation will make you feel like you are participating in the War of Independence and the
establishment of the State of Israel. Next tour the White City of Tel Aviv (UNESCO World Heritage), founded in 1909
under the British Mandate in Palestine. Our tour ends at Rabin Square, where Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin was
assassinated in 1995.
Wander around Dizengoff along the Promenade of the Mediterranean Sea before enjoying our Welcome Dinner at a
typical Israeli restaurant.
Day 4 – May 25th, Tuesday: Tel Aviv - Haifa
After breakfast depart Tel Aviv and drive along the Mediterranean Sea to Caesarea, visit the excavations from
the days of the Romans, Byzantines and Crusaders. Visit the Caesarea antiquities, the Roman Theater and the
Hippodrome. Our drive continues to Ein Hod, an artists village, where over 90 artists and craftsmen have studios
and exhibitions.
Time for a wine break! Experience Israeli Wine at the Carmel Mizrachi Winery, the largest
producer in Israel. Learn about wine and wine making. On
to the top of Carmel mountain to visit Daliat-El-Carmel, the Druze village to learn about the
special Druze community in Israel. In Haifa we ascend Mt. Carmel for a panoramic view of Haifa Bay. Our last
stop toady is the golden domed Bahai Shrine and its impressive temples and the exotic Persian Gardens.
Join the group for an optional dinner and then experience the nightlife of Haifa, mega clubs, live music bars,
dance bars, resturants, bars and pubs.

Day 5 – May 26th, Wednesday: Akko - Rosh Hanikra - Nazareth -
Tiberias
Explore the Upper Galilee and step back in time as we walk the ancient Phoenician and Crusader seaport city of
Akko/Acre. The former capital of the Crusader kingdom and the
birthplace of the Bahai religion is a UNESCO Site. Tour the newly excavated Knights Halls, the Al-Jazzar Mosque,
the bathhouse and the new ethnic museum, built right into the rooms of the old wall. There will be time to
explore the colorful Oriental markets and city walls.
For a little adventure we drive to Rosh Hanikra and the Good Fence at the Israel - Jordan border.
Rosh Hanikra is where the rocky cliffs descend steeply into
the sea allowing the waves to carve grottos of a thousand shapes. Take the cable car down to the grottos for fun
exploring through the rocky passageways.
Head across the Galilee mountains and the Jezreel Valley to Nazareth the boyhood home of Jesus,
with its beautiful churches and colorful markets. Visit the Basilica of Annunciation and Mary's Well. Then on to
Tiberias, a historical resort town on the Sea of Galilee.
Tonight relax at the Tiberias Hot Springs, a modern spa that has a large, warm indoor mineral pool
(95°F) and a small outdoor one right near the lake's edge. In addition to the sophisticated therapeutic services
and facilities, the spa also offers a variety of pampering treatments. . Overnight in Tiberias
Day 6 – May 27th, Thursday: Tiberias - Golan Heights
Today take in the famous sites around the Sea of Galilee. Visit Tabga, with the Byzantine mosaic floor of the
Church of Multiplication; Capernaum, remains of a synagogue from the 3rd century and the Mount of
Beatitudes, famous Sermon On The Mount took place.
Stop in the ancient capital city of Jewish mysticism - Safed, where the Kabbalah faith has originated. The old part of
town consists of narrow cobblestone alleys revealing artists' galleries, medieval synagogues, private homes and
small guest houses.
Discover the lush landscape and beautiful clean water as we kayak/raft down the Jordan River. Float on a curving route through green riverbanks that give you a magic experience in nature. Perfect for
all skill levels.
Time for lunch (not included) at the Golan Brewery, where beer is being manufactured from Golan mineral water.
Learn about the vision and interesting story of the brewery and its founders. They will share the secrets behind
their fine beers- Golan beer, Galil beer and Emek beer. The Brewery tour will end in the beer garden, have a taste
of the brewery’s unique beer selection!
Start your afternoon with an exciting jeep ride through the rugged hills of the Golan Heights, including an
overlook into Syria. Ride to Tel Dan, a unique combination of nature and culture, with rare
archeological findings of city life dating back to the Stone Age and lush river greenery along the river.
Overnight in Tiberias
Day 7 – May 28th, Friday: Tiberias - Jerusalem
After checkout the group will drive to a Kibbutz for a tour of the kibbutz and chance
to experience this very unique Israeli life style.
Next continue on to the ancient remains of Beit Shean, one of the biggest excavated sites in Israel. Ancient
Beit Shean, once a Roman city, has been extensively excavated to reveal public streets, bathhouses, and theaters.
The Talmud refers to this site as the "entrance to paradise."
With naturally warm spring water year round and a natural Jacuzzi beneath its waterfall Sahne (Gan Hashlosha),
National Park is a perfect stop. Take a walk around the grounds or a dip in the large and unique natural swimming
pool.
Admire the desert on the drive to the Dead Sea and our spa hotel. Relax and enjoy the
amenities of the hotel. Dinner tonight in a nearby Bedouin community in a huge colourful
tent. Overnight: Dead Sea.

Day 8 – May 29th, Saturday: Dead Sea - Masada
Now is your chance to float in the Dead Sea! This morning enjoy the ammenities of the hotel before we checkout
and our tour begins at Qumeran, the place where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered by a shepard
child. Hike Ein Gedi Nature Reserve to the natural waterfalls and sweet water pools (swim
if you like!). Following our hike in Ein Gedi, the group will head to Masada and ascend by
cable car to the summit and tour the ruins where, 2,000 years ago a group of Jewish rebels went to live and
hoped to escape capture and enslavement by the Romans. After time for exploration descend the
mountain by cable car.
A camel ride is your perfect chance to feel the rhythm of the desert before driving back to
Jerusalem.
Join the group for an optional dinner or you are free to experience the nightlife of Jerusalem.
Day 9 – May 30th, Sunday: Jerusalem
We begin our exploration of Jerusalem with a tour of the Old City. There is a magical quality about the Old City
of Jerusalem that does not exist anywhere else in the world. Perhaps it is due to the glorious history of the
towering stone walls and ancient buildings, or the sacred atmosphere that surrounds the holy sites of Jewish,
Christian, and Moslem religions. Visit the tomb of King David and the room of the Last Supper on Mt. Zion. Enter
the walled city and walk through the newly restored Jewish Quarter. Visit the Roman Cardo, the Herodian Quarter and
continue to the Western Wall. Proceed to the Mount of Olives for a magnificent panoramic view of the Old City.
Drive to the City of David, the most ancient section of Jerusalem including new discoveries in the Spring Tower,
option to visit Hezakia tunnel. A walking tour around the “Neviim” street visits the Ethiopian church, Harav Kuc
house and more fascinating buildings.
Day 10 – May 31st, Monday: Jerusalem
Our tour starts with a drive to the Hadassah Medical Center in Ein Kerem to see the Chagall stained glass
windows. Proceed to Israel Museum to see the Shrine of the Book where the Dead Sea Scrolls are housed and the
miniature model of Jerusalem as it was during the Second Temple period. Continue to Yad Vashem, the memorial to the
Holocaust. We will pass through the Knesset, Israel's Parliament and the Menorah.
Stroll around downtown Jerusalem - walk in the pedestrian malls of Ben Yehuda Street, Nahalat Shiva, a restored
quarter of shops, galleries and cafes, and the Mahane Yehuda open-air fruit and vegetable market.
Tonight enjoy a wonderful night tour of the Old City as well a Sounds and Light show, tracing the history of
Jerusalem, at the Citadel of David and Jaffe Gate.
Day 11 – June 1st, Tuesday: Beit Guvrin - Jerusalem
In the morning prepare to ‘get dirty’ as we participate in an archaeological dig under Tel Maresha at Beit
Guvrin, ancestral home of King Herod. Vast underground labyrinths of man-made rooms are being systematically
cleaned and give evidence of underground industrial complexes dating from the Hellenistic period. Remains of olive
oil production, weaving installations, water cisterns and baths confirm a high level of material culture. This site
offers a wealth of
discoveries and practical experience for those who want to "dig". You’ll discover pottery from the time of the
Maccabees and get an appreciation for the tedious work of archaeologists!.
Free afternoon for last minute shopping or exploring. Tonight enjoy our farewell dinner at a local Israeli
restaurant.
Day 12 – June 2nd, Wednesday: Depart Jerusalem
Our singles trip ends after our final breakfast. Say goodbye to all your new friends as you transfer to the
airport and your flight home. Shalom from Israel!

Jerusalem - Eilat After breakfast travel to Eilat,
Israel’s southern-most city located on the Red Sea. Arrive at your resort hotel and enjoy leisure time to
relax at your hotel’s pool or on the beach, stroll along the seafront promenade and dine in one of the
outdoor cafes and restaurants.
Day 2 - June 3,
Thursday: Petra Excursion Day tour to
mystical Petra, Jordan. Built over 2000 years ago as the Nabatean capital, Petra is one of the world’s most
marvelously preserved archeological sites. With a local expert you'll explore the rose-colored city carved out of
rock face. Discover the imposing facades of the awe-inspiring palaces, temples and tombs before returning to Eilat
late today.
Day 3 - June 4, Friday:
Eilat - Jerusalem
Late breakfast then travel back to Jerusalem where the remainder of the day is at leisure. Let's enjoy a
final group dinner tonight.
Day 4 - June 5, Satuday:
Depart Israel
Your magical journey to Israel ends as you are transfered to the airport for your return flight home.
